Architas adds to team ahead of managed portfolios launch

Architas has hired Avni Thakrar as a product specialist ahead of the upcoming launch of the firm's new managed portfolio service.

Thakrar (pictured) will work with advisers to explain the funds and services offered by the firm, and particularly the soon to be launched Architas Managed Portfolio Service. Thakrar spent two years as SEI Investments director of asset management solutions, leading the development of new multi asset income, liquid alternatives and smart beta fund ranges. Prior to that she held roles as investment director at Ingenious Investments and at Royal Bank of Scotland as an assistant director.
