The recently-launched network Flying Colours believes it can help its IFAs generate £500,000 a year each. That is once they have spent four to five years with the firm and have benefited from support with administration, paraplanning, compliance and technology to free up time to spend with their clients. So the theory goes. However, this level of revenue would represent more than three times the national average the Financial Conduct Authority calculated in May to be between £120,000 and £145,000 per adviser.
