Brooks Macdonald has made a number of changes to its senior leadership team and board, which it said came against "a backdrop of a fast changing external environment".
The firm's group deputy CEO Andrew Shepherd will take on an expanded role to include the position of managing director of distribution in addition to his current responsibilities. This is to help better position the company for future growth as it focuses on enhancing its offering to the professional intermediary sector, the group said.
