St James' Place (SJP) co-founder Mike Wilson has died, aged 74, after suffering from cancer.
Wilson (pictured) founded SJP with Sir Mark Weinberg and Lord Rothschild in 1991. He was chief executive until 2004, when he became the firm's chairman. He stepped down from the role in 2011. SJP chief executive Andrew Croft said: "Everyone at SJP is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Mike Wilson.
