Establishing a profitable, client-centric advice business for the long-term should be the key goals for all advisers operating today, delegates at PA360 heard.
Speaking during a panel debate on what a good advice business looks like, Sandringham Financial Partners chief executive Tim Sargisson said while it was difficult to run a profitable advice firm it could be done if advisers themselves stopped wasting their precious time. He explained advisers should be focused on the client and outsource and delegate other business responsibilities where appropriate. Sargisson said: "Advisers need to use their back office systems effectively and stop doing things that they should not be doing. They need to delegate, to outsource where possible." H...
