Advice firm St James's Place (SJP) has seen 32 students emerge as the latest graduates from its two-year training programme to become fully-fledged financial advisers.
The graduates are the latest from the firm's adviser academies, which have seen 400 students graduate and has a further 250 currently studying on programmes in London, Manchester, Solihull and Edinburgh. It said one-quarter (24%) of those to have joined its academy have been women and, at 37, the average age of entrants is "significantly lower" than the sector average.
