Guardian FS rolls out Protection Builder as part of launch

Guardian Financial Services has launched its new business platform, Protection Builder, available to IFAs and their clients across the UK through iPipeline and IRESS, with Synaptic Webline and LifeQuote to follow in the coming weeks.

Following a successful pilot since June across four major distributors, intermediaries are now able to register with Guardian through an online process that circumvents the traditional agency format and enables the process of writing business from the moment intermediaries sign up. Using a menu-based system, the protection challenger's technology allows advisers to combine two lives, and/or life and critical illness covers into one application by operating under the assumption that each life and each type of cover is separate.
