LV= appoints former Aviva man Clive Bolton as managing director

LV= has appointed former Aviva retirement specialist Clive Bolton as managing director for life and pensions, subject to regulatory approval.

Bolton was at Aviva Life UK for 11 years and spent almost half of his time there as managing director of retirement solutions. He is currently a consultant with the International Longevity Centre as well as a non-executive member of the civil service pension scheme advisory board. LV= chief executive Richard Rowney (pictured) said: "Clive Bolton is a hugely impressive business leader with a proven track record of growing and developing life businesses based around the needs of customers and advisers."
