Schroders appoints Robin McDonald head of multi-manager investments

Schroders has promoted Robin McDonald to head of multi-manager investments following the appointment of Marcus Brookes to chief investment officer of the new financial planning tie-up between Schroders and Lloyds, Schroders Personal Wealth.

Brookes, currently head of multi-manager investments at Schroders, will assume the role of CIO at Schroders Personal Wealth in May. McDonald has worked alongside Brookes for over 15 years, with the pair co-managing the Diversity fund range for 12 years and the Schroder Dynamic Planner range since launch in 2017. There are no planned changes to the funds. Joe Le Jehan, who joined the multi-manager team in 2008, will become co-manager across the fund range alongside McDonald and the team will move into Schroders' multi-asset business of more than 90 investment professionals globally. ...
