Former pensions minister Baroness Ros Altmann has been appointed as the Transparency Task Force's 100th ambassador.
The Transparency Task Force is a collaborative campaigning community that has set out to drive up "the levels of transparency, truthfulness and trustworthiness" in the financial services sector. Altmann served as pensions minister from May 2015 to July 2016. Previously, she has called upon the Financial Conduct Authority to ban firms from using leads generated by cold-calling and has used her voice to draw attention to the pensions gender gap.
