Charles Stanley investment head Gary Teper departs

Charles Stanley has announced head of investment management Gary Teper will be leaving at the end of May as part of a wide-ranging restructuring of its organisation.

The move had been rumoured since the group announced it would transform both its operating model and management structure earlier in May. In a statement to the market, Charles Stanley confirmed the move was part of these plans. This includes the decision to standardise processes and introduce a new, simplified organisational structure aimed at supporting its goal of achieving a net margin of 15%.
