Advice firm Helm Godfrey has recruited Ethical Investment Association (EIA) co-chairman John Ditchfield as its head of responsible investment.
The firm said Ditchfield (pictured) would be responsible for spearheading Helm Godfrey's plans to develop its responsible investment products and services. The advice and wealth management firm, which currently has around £45m of assets under advice that are subject to an ethical or sustainable mandate, said it was looking to "enhance its research process and support" for its advisers. Ditchfield was previously a director of the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association and a director of advice firm Barchester Green Investment.
