CISI adds Amyr Rocha Lima and Peter Moores as directors

Members of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) have elected Amyr Rocha Lima and Peter Moores to its board of directors.

Rocha Lima, partner at Holland Hahn & Willis, is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Fellow (FCSI). Moores, also a Chartered Fellow, is chief executive at Raymond James. The professional body's board of directors is made up of non-executive directors who are typically employed in senior positions in financial services sector firms and meets five times a year. The directors are also CISI trustees and elected either for a term of three years by membership ballot at the AGM or appointed by the board, it explained.
