Cost of VouchedFor's client feedback service 'key issue' for advisers

Review site VouchedFor has launched Safeguard, a system designed to help advice firms to improve the client experience by using client feedback more effectively.

The service uses client questions to show advisers and firms how they are tracking against client experience drivers. It also benchmarks how they compare with advice firms from the rest of the industry, according to VouchedFor. Speaking to PA, Scott Gallacher, director at Rowley Turton, said it is important that advisers regularly assess their relations with their clients. "Vouchedfor's new ‘Safeguard' system seems an good way to do this. We have a good of experience of using Vouchedfor's review service and this new service is of interest."
