SimplyBiz launches buy-to-let adviser support service

Supporting advisers with landlord clients

SimplyBiz Mortgages has launched a support service for advisers operating or looking to expand their proposition into the buy-to-let market.

Buy to Let+ (BTL+) was established to support advisers at member firms who are dealing with all types of buy-to-let clients, from first-time landlords to commercial operators. An online hub includes access to a panel of BTL lenders, including specialist providers for complex cases. Advisers can also access tools and resources, education on the market and support and guidance on protection, landlord insurance and surveys.
