Perspective acquires Alcester-based IFA in latest deal

Perspective Financial has acquired Alcester-based Beanland Financial Services (Beanland), adding about £160m of assets under management (AUM).

The acquisition, Perspective's 46th since 2008, adds 560 households as clients and 19 additional offices across the UK to its network. Following this deal, the national financial planning firm now has £4bn AUM. Last year, Perspective made eight acquisitions of IFA firms across the UK. It started out the year with a firm in Corby and one in Darlington, followed by four IFA firms based in Warrington, Sevenoaks, Burford and Bury, in July.
