It is important to be realistic about sustainable investment data and work towards standardisation to simplify the advice process, delegates at SIF 2022 heard.
Speaking on the second day of the festival, Tim Fassam director of government relations and policy at PIMFA said advisers play an important role in that process and can have a huge impact on progress in the ESG space. He told delegates: "To make client communication clearer and to speed up processes standardised terminology is needed. Customers don't want a high level of complexity.
