Canada Life has hired Catherine Goddard as its head of data, insight and customer relationship management (CRM).

Goddard joins from Aviva where she was head of data, insight and planning, and also led customer segmentation, econometrics, customer-led proposition build and innovation for the business. She has over 25 years' experience working in data science and insight-led roles and has worked in pensions, retirement and equity release for over 20 years of that time.
