A new diversity and inclusion (D&I) project aimed at promoting and encouraging talent within financial advice is set for launch this December.
The Personal Investment Management & Financial Advice Association (PIMFA) has confirmed it's TIDE project - ‘talent, inclusion, diversity and equality' - will be officially launched at its talent, diversity & inclusion conference later this year. "As an industry we know we still have much work to do but it is heartening to see just how much effort is going into making our industry as diverse and inclusive as it can be," said chief executive Liz Field.
