The Openwork Partnership announced that plans for the implementation of the Consumer Duty are in place for each entity in the group.
It added that it welcomes the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Consumer Duty rules, and that since the publication of the final guidance in July, it has been delivering a "comprehensive transformation programme", identifying what the organisation and its partner businesses need to do to ensure their response systematically meets all the necessary requirements. It said that it will continue to work its partners through the duration of the review, supporting them to navigate these changes.
