Advisers should improve their clients’ wellbeing service by offering more “emotional, mental, and general health support”, Continuum says.
The call from the Plymouth-headquartered national comes after a recent Morningstar study found that clients are most likely to turn to financial planning for emotional reasons. The research suggested that the majority (60%) of clients cited an emotional reason than a financial reason (40%) for hiring an adviser.
