L&G launches 'care concierge' service for retail clients

The service provides instant access to tailored support and later-life care

Legal & General Retail has launched a care concierge service for customers across its retail business.

The service can be used free through a phone line or a digital platform and will be included across most of its products as standard. It will provide policyholders and their immediate families instant access to tailored support and later-life care specialists. Care concierge will provide guidance to help people understand, find and fund care, alongside help with later-life housing options and legal matters.
