We always knew Söderberg & Partners was going to make a splash in the UK market.
This week, the Swedish wealth manager announced it had taken a minority stake in two London advice firms - deals which come on the back of four full acquisitions last year. The business has significant backing from global investment firm KKR to fund its adviser proposition acquisition strategy, so I have no doubt we'll see an increasing number of firms move under its influence, or even fully under its umbrella, throughout 2024.
