WR Simon Ashley Silver Independent Financial Advisor has been declared failed by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

In a post released today (12 April), the lifeboat fund stated that the West Yorkshire IFA is no longer trading so claims can be made against it. The FSCS told Professional Adviser that it has had 14 claims in total for investment and pension advice. According to the Financial Conduct Authority register, WR Simon Ashley Silver Independent Financial Advisor has applied to cancel its authorisation.
