The majority (81%) of advisers have taken on a new client in the last month, a Professional Adviser survey has revealed.
In the most recent PA Asks, we asked the industry when they last took on a new client. Whilst the majority have in the last month, 15% said a month to six months ago, 3% said six to 12 months ago, and 1% said more than a year ago. One respondent said they tend to take on broadly as many clients as they lose each year, usually due to passing away, but often take the children of the clients on in due course.
