MKC Wealth snaps up Dartford and Macclesfield IFAs

Both firms have been acquired for an undisclosed sum

Cabot Square Capital backed MKC Wealth has acquired two IFAs for an undisclosed sum.

It has bought Dartford-based Gibson Lamb and Mulberry Financial in Macclesfield. MKC Wealth chief executive Dominic Rose said: "MKC Wealth continues to grow both organically and by merger and acquisition. "What matters in scenarios like this is that clients turn around at the end of a transition period and thank their former adviser for the way in which the relationship has been transferred to MKC Wealth." Gibson Lamb was advised by Gunner & Co and Mulberry Financial by the Exit Partnership. Founded in 1973, Gibson Lamb has been led by the founder's son Dave Lamb for 31 years.  ...
