Industry feels a lack of support from professional bodies

‘The professional bodies do not fight our corner’

Most of the industry feels that it does not get enough support from professional bodies, according to a Professional Adviser poll.

Our most recent PA Asks results showed that out of 41 respondents, 68.3% said they do not feel supported, while 14.6% said they do and 17.1% said they do not know. One pundit said that the advice industry did a "very important and vital job often undervalued" and should be defended more. Another respondent stated that communication is "too fragmented and poorly resourced" at the Personal Finance Society (PFS).
