The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has shared its regulatory framework for pensions dashboards services firms, confirming the commercial dashboard rules.

The FCA's framework sets out the feedback it received to its consultation on the proposed regulatory framework for dashboard service firms launched in 2022, and its further consultation earlier this year following approval from parliament on the legislation to introduce the new regulated activity. The regulator's policy statement – primarily launched for firms interested in operating a dashboard service and who will need to get new regulatory permission to do so – sets out the "high standards" it expects of all FCA regulated financial services firms and the requirements specific to firms...
