Advisers are calling for enhanced compliance processes to use artificial intelligence (AI) for financial advice provision, according to a survey by AdviserSoftware.com.
Its poll of more than 100 attendees at its inaugural Artificial Intelligence in Financial Advice conference found that 57% of advisers would like to see enhanced compliance processes to use AI for financial advice provision. Two years on from ChatGPT launching to the public on 30 November 2022, 66% of those surveyed at the conference view the future of advice as a service that will be primarily delivered via an online client portal, with virtual access to the adviser via an online service.
