Amber River NI snaps up Belfast advice firm Finance Matters

Amber River Northern Ireland (NI) has acquired Belfast financial advice firm Finance Matters for an undisclosed sum.

The group confirmed that the deal completed, and Amber River's Northern Irish business Johnston Campbell became a person with significant control of Finance Matters on 28 February. Companies House filings suggest that Finance Matters founder and director David Graham and operations director Joanne Mullen are no longer directors of the firm. It is understood that both will remain at the business following the acquisition.  Johnston Campbell was one of the first IFAs to join the Amber River group in 2019.
