Well, it's that time of year again as we all wait for the fall-out from the forthcoming Budget.

As usual the normal suspects have been rolled out as potential targets for change: higher rate tax relief; a potential tax levy on pension commencement lump sums; a change to the level of tax relievable contributions. The list goes on...
