"How do I get more referrals from my existing clients?" I often hear this from other financial advisers. But the question that needs answering is actually this - "How can I get more of the right quality of referrals?" From my own marketing activities I get more than ten inbound enquiries each month, but at least 80% are not the right type of enquiry for me. So I have been working on ways to improve this.
