Economic growth is strong and equity markets are reaching record highs but that is not the whole story - more than usual, it feels like there are more questions than answers for markets. No doubt part of this is down to the dubious temptation to reset at the beginning of the year and re-ask the same set of questions. It is also, however, because we are moving into a new phase, which triggers a raft of additional questions.
