With a little over two months to run until 5 April, fund-raising for venture capital trusts (VCTs) is well underway and, thus far, more than £100m has already been raised. However, despite the increased interest and demand from advisers and investors this year, in the wake of changes to pensions - it looks likely there will be a shortage of capacity, with approximately £390m to £400m of available product.
