With the FCA issuing not one but two documents on pension transfer advice on Monday, Ian Browne suggests it may have been overlooked just how many new changes are being implemented from 1 April 2018

In a somewhat surprising move earlier this week, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued a fresh consultation on pension transfer advice along with its response to an already existing consultation. The joint announcement appears to have meant some of the crucial details have been missed - notably that many new changes are being implemented as soon as 1 April.
