The John Lamb business is 65 years old, I have been working for it for 46 of those years and the changes at every level have been significant in terms of the business, in terms of how we do business, in terms of regulation – but in the John Lamb case, the underlying premise for what we do hasn't changed.  The business was set up by John Lamb in 1959, he was a retired army officer (engineer) and worked as a direct salesman for Canada Life but needed an independent business for things that Canada Life didn't offer and to allow him to spread his advice beyond the Canada Life stable of produ...
