Andy Bowsher is director of Xafinity SIPP The main issue will lie with those monoliths where change requires a small army of project managers, systems analysts, business analysts etc. Just getting the specification documents signed-off can take an age and press up to and over legislative deadline. I’ve seen how this works and despite often some good people the huge and bureaucratic nature of these businesses inevitably make change pretty ineffective.
