The new Aegon platform will be "clean and simple" in order to prevent shocking Cofunds users when they are first transferred, according to software provider Dunstan Thomas, which is responsible for creating and managing the provider's new front-end portal. Tom Ellis finds out more
The new platform on GBST Composer technology, which Cofunds users are set to be moved onto over the first May bank holiday, will be accessed through the customised user portal made by Dunstan Thomas. Chief innovation officer Andrew Martin (pictured) says Aegon's design team has been detailing the user experience to Dunstan Thomas, so it should "look and feel exactly like the rest of Aegon's web experience", adding that users will not realise they are looking at the front-end portal. "The portal itself will do a tonne more stuff, and probably will do a lot more over time," says Martin....
