Scottish Life publishing A-Day 'survival pack'

A 'survival pack' of information on A-Day is to be published offline by Scottish Life, based on information available from its online ‘technical central' resource centre.

The pack follows publication in the past few days of a credit card-sized leaflet outlining the “top-10” A-Day issues for IFAs to consider. This latest list covers: Contributions The Statutory Lifetime Allowance (SLA) Investments Protection Minimum and maximum pension ages Retirement benefits Death benefits Transfer of benefits Pensions and divorce, and Retirement annuity contracts Andy Taylor, individual pensions marketing manager, says the idea behind the leaflets is to help create client awareness and may even be used as lead generators.
