People in the UK are more likely to start saving for a pension before buying a property, claims Axa.
In its third ‘AXA retirement scope research 2007: the golden generation of British pensioners’, the insurer reveals the British are the youngest people in the world to start retirement planning. The research, consisting of interviews with 11,590 working and retired people in 11 countries across the world, aims to understand peoples’ attitudes towards retirement and compare these with the reality of those who are already retired.
