Almost three-quarters of UK businesses believe the Government is mostly to blame for the pensions crisis and £27bn savings gap, according to new research from Winterthur Life UK.
The figures come from the interim findings of an online UK Business survey conducted by Winterthur Life to identify the views of British businesses on how best to solve the pensions problems amongst employees and how some of the potential options discussed ahead of the Turner report will work. The full results will be published in January.
