JLT unveils online benefits portal

JLT Benefit Solutions has launched an online benefits portal to help employers meet the needs of their employees.

The system allows employers to administer all types of benefits from different providers and allow effective communication with providers and employees, according to JLT. The firm says there has been growing take-up of Salary Exchange and Flexible Benefits, particularly following changes in the 2008 Budget, and the system allows employers to implement these schemes. The system can be branded by an employer and give employees secure access via the internet. They will then be able to check their individual benefits and connect to provider sites.
