The Financial Services Authority has launched a pensions website for consumers providing information about A-day and urging people to review their pensions arrangements.
The site, Pensions made clear, by the UK’s financial watchdog, gives information about the changes taking effect from 6 April and issues consumers might need to consider, including decisions around the State Second Pension (S2P) and how to review pension arrangements. It also contains a range of tools and resources such as a jargon buster, comparative tables for pensions and annuities, a checklist to help consumers who are thinking of retiring soon and consumer guides to download.
