The Pension Protection Fund is proposing limited changes to the way the levy is distributed between eligible schemes.
In its 29-page consultation document on the proposals for the 2007/08 levy, it says it has drawn on feedback from stakeholders during last years consultation which called for stability in the second year, as well as drawing on the operational experience of implementing the 2006/07 PPF levy.
