Scottish Life upgrades online pension facility

Scottish Life, has upgraded the e-service functionality for its retirement solutions range of group pensions.

'Online Changes' enables a fully automated online processing to the group pensions market. Under the new initiative, users are able to make about 190 online scheme level changes and 85 policy level changes, while advisers remain in control by setting various levels of access for employers, trustees and employees, with functionality depending on their access level.
