The final module in the Pension Regulator's ‘ Trustee Toolkit' has been published, allowing trustees who finish the online course to receive a Certificate of Completion.
Part of the Pensions Act 2004 requires trustees of both defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) schemes to demonstrate and meet a certain level of Trustee Knowledge and Understanding (TKU). As a result the Pensions Regulator designed the ‘Trustee Toolkit’ - a free e-learning programme – which allows trustees to work through various scenarios and answer questions on topics relevant to their scheme.
