Friends Provident rated top in FTSE First Impression Index

Friends Provident has been named the top financial services company in the FTSE First Impression Index and second in the overall ranking of all FTSE 100 companies.

The new survey by Moneypenny measures the first impressions of mystery shoppers when telephoning company switchboards and reflects how well companies will be perceived by general callers. Friends Provident's 2nd place in the Index placed the life and pensions provider ahead of virtually every other big name UK company and the best in the Financial sector by far. Trevor Matthews, CEO at Friends Provident said: "As the saying goes, you never get a second chance to make a first impression, and this excellent ranking shows that the FRIENDS team is managing our front door superbly well." ...
