MetLife has signed a ten year service contract with outsourcing provider Capita Group as part of its expansion drive.
The company will outsource new customer service roles to offices in Belfast. The contract covers administration, IT and servicing for MetLife's pensions and investments In November, MetLife completed a £10.2bn buyout of Alico in a move it said gives it "the power to fully embrace the IFA and advisory marketplace". The company plans to launch a maximum investment plan (MIP) and a protected growth bond this year on the back of its acquisition.
