Sesame Bankhall appoints head of wealth management team

Sesame Bankhall Group has set up a team to deliver its new wealth management propositions to advisers, bringing in industry veteran Pan Andreas to head it up.

In November, the company announced plans to roll out a restricted proposition to its network members in 2012, using the services of its new investment arm, Optimum Investment Management, and taking advantage of a tie-up with Australian software giant IRESS. It will also roll out a new attitude to risk and portfolio analysis tool, which will be linked to its Sesame One platform. The wealth management team will work with the group's regional development managers, and other adviser-facing teams, to help advisers deliver the service to their clients.
