Seven-tenths of advisers back external solution for AE technology requirements

Some 70% of advisers plan to use an external solution to help meet auto-enrolment technology requirements, Staffcare research reveals.

The software provider's survey of 112 advisers and 26 employers found just 20% of adviser respondents intended to recommend pension providers' systems to administer AE and 10% intended to look at a combination of the two. Among employers, over 92% of those surveyed said administering auto-enrolment were a key concern in relation to the new employer pension duties.
